Out of a preponderance of caution, please DO NOT communicate with potential recruits about their recruitment AT ALL. Ask them about their favorite food. Wish them well in their upcoming highschool matches, etc. But please don't encourage recruits, ask about recruitment details, or even indicate that you would be excited to have them join Wichita State.
We live in a wild time where communication is easier than ever before in human history, and as time progresses it is more ingrained in our youth. Their use of social media and forums is second nature to this generation, so we live in a wild time where a recruit has the opportunity to engage with fans all over the country, near and far.
