According to NY2LA, Taylor has a quick trigger from beyond the arc, but really excels at breaking his defender down. Taylor has a quick first step and excellent change of direction. Few players in the country can stay with Taylor who is an outstanding ball handler.

Taylor has been to WSU on an unofficial. Shocker coaches are showing lots of interest as all of them have watch him in the past two weeks. Nebraska no longer involved.

Watched some game tape on him. Really, really good first step and body control. Can't really use highlight film to get a better feel for his game (passing, shooting). Looks like a guy that could be really good. While I was watching his highlight reel, I thought I recognized a certain guy on the team; turns out he's on the same AAU team as Connor Frankamp (KC Run GMC), though on the 16u team instead of the 17u.
