Then it should be about June 6 that we hear that DeWitt is on his way to WSU.

Using every single day to see if DeWitt wants to "recommit" should be expected. I can't see someone forcing a player to play where he doesn't want to play.

If he isn't released, following an assistant would probably set a precedent and I don't know if the NCAA would grant the release on an appeal. Well, unless it was one of their "money" schools that they have to take care of for TV ratings.

That is assuming he actually made a formal request for a release on that date which is not the same as wanting a release.

I also hope you are wrong but all recent comments indicate he is staying. We just are not sure if they really know something. It's been awhile since I've heard anything positive.

I think we can consider it over. According to Bret Swanson of Jucojunction, Coach Headrick at Chipola said Dewitt plans on attending USM.
