You have to wonder what will happen with Keith DeWhitt who has already signed with S. Miss. I actually think there's better chance we end up with DeWhitt.

I'll ask it hear and not under Heiar's thread: How does everyone feel about a possibility of signing a de-commit from USM? Of course, Ohuaregbe is a different case, not having verballed or signed, but this would not be the situation with DeWitt.

I'd be uneasy about it for the same reason I feel a HC shouldn't do it. And that has nothing to do with the fact that he's a JC big that I don't see a need for.

Ok, I'll say it:


On one hand, while not at all questioning the skills or otherwise the validity of hiring Coach Heiar, I don't know why you make that hire without the package deal.

2)I would be VERY surprised if Gregg would do that. VERY surprised.
