Yep. I was thinking along the lines of a minimum of two passes inside before anyone takes a three. I realize that sounds good on paper, but isn't an effective strategy for a real game.

This is the time of the year I am hoping that the Shocks depth and ability to spread playing time around starts to pay dividends.

're, JT and DK have played about 25 mpg with Graham at 21.5 mpg being the only other player over 20 mpg.

However Indiana State may come the closest to the Shocks among MVC teams in spreading out minutes. That said Carl Richard has played 32 mpg and INS Coach Lansing has said he my be playing him too much. Problem is his absence from the court seeems to have the greatest impact on the Sycamores. Their two big Jakes, Odum and Kelley play 30 mpg and 27 mpg, respectively.

The triple OT loss to the Shocks seems to have knocked some wind out the the Sycamore's sails, however, I can see the 3 game losing streak putting the Sycamore's in a "circle the wagon mode".

I see a close game and I'm hoping the Shocks fresher legs will carry them to the win.

That means that Kyles should have a pretty good game from 3. He'll be taking them anyway, so maybe he's due.

Defense wins championships.....I've said many times I haven't seen the chemistry I think you need to win championships from this team in anything more than short bursts. Maybe they've turned the corner....I don't know.

ISU is nothing like WSU when it comes to fan support. They didn't show when their teams were competing for titles. They are still waiting for the second coming of Larry B. Can't imagine there won't be a bunch of cold seats if the storm hits. Hope the cold empty gym doesn't dampen our enthusiasm.
