WSU vs Indiana State Pregame discussions and Predictions

Last time up, Indiana State, a very scrappy team, gave the Shockers all they could handle. The Shockers hung in there, and prevailed 93-83, but could have just as well lost it a couple of times.

The Shockers were very cold from the outside in this game. I think we will win this game, but the Shockers have to hit their outside shots, as well as working the ball inside to our Post players.

InSU is going to go from only one loss in the Valley to having 5 losses in the Valley - all in a stretch of 4 games.

I'd hate to be a Syc and have to face WSU this close to the 3 OT game that began their dive to battling UE for 5th place in the league. InSU's swagger is gone. WSU's string of double-digit conference road wins will continue.

Here's the deal. The Shocks could not throw it in the ocean at times last time we played. This time, we will work the ball for wiser, more high percentage shots. Thus, our undefeated streak on the Valley road games will continue but will be a nail-biter again with up to 4 overtimes if needed.

How pathetic does it look for a Valley school to offer free tickets to men's basketball games? Do MEAC schools even have these types of offers?

I think most of the Terre TruckStop faithful are bandies and after they realized their team's record was a bit misleading, most will stay home.

I'm hoping the same WSU road team that has shown up in the Valley so far this year shows up on Tuesday night. If they want any chance of a Valley title, this is a MUST WIN. Otherwise, 4th place will not be too far away..

This team seems to be more focused and play better on the road. I expect them to better their effort from the first game against ISU. I think TM has a huge game and the Shocks win a blowout.
