I promise you that Fever is not Cold.

I know Cold. He is a friend of mine and a very close friend of my step-son.

That is pretty profound thinking when for the season he's shooting 44% from the 3pt field. I can't wait for your next profound thought.
Try reading the post again...then go take a nap in that glass house of yours, cause you're kinda grumpy. :)
Why would I re-read your dribble.....as pointed out by multiple people in this chat room your wrong, and it doesn't matter how many time you repeat the same thing over and over, you are still going to be wrong. You can go stay in a holiday inn express tonight and you will still be wrong tomorrow. The only thing that will be consistent is Fever will continue to own you.
If lashing out is owning, and yes I have been guilty regretfully so on this board, then you and the Fev own me outright. I actually took some comments Band and Royal made about agreeing to disagree to heart. Sorry to have obviously ruffled your feathers. :)
Oh come, I want to hear one more time that you know that Kyles is better than a 30% 3pt shooter (when he's shooting 44% for the season. Or how he's not been playing well for the last 7 games, when in reality he is shooting 50% from the field and 45% from the 3pt line in the last 3 games.

The real issue is this team has a couple seniors who are turnover machines and basically have not improved since last year or have taken a step back in some areas.
      Bingo, we have a winner.

Until the Shockers get the damn fouls and turnovers under control, they are not going to win squat.

There are other players on the team that could be given the same lesson. Again, I don't have no clue why you have decided to rag on Kyles after his performance last night. Maybe a couple of games early on you could have mentioned a thing or two, but to bring this sh*t out from last night just makes absolutely ZERO sense.

As others have stated, just please put it to bed. It was a major FAIL. Hopefully you'll learn from it for next time.

        ... No really, deuces.

          This is pure fact.

Even in the few times Watcher posts in here, he finds a way to muff things up. It really brings down his percentage of posting accurately.

          • Fever

Ricky, if you know Cold personally, I'll take your word that he isn't Fever.

There's a noticeable resemblance, but I guess they have to be treated differently -- feed a Cold, starve a Fever. Anyway, I won't speculate on the subject again. Thanks for the clarification by an outside observer.

Whoa: Swallowed the bait, hook, line and sinker so quickly?

Didn't you consider that ShockerFever may also be Ricardo del Rio, running a ruse to throw you off his Cold trail? Gotta stay two steps ahead, my friend. Two steps ahead.

              • At the risk of returning to the game, it was a team loss.

The whole team couldn't play good enough defense to win the game.

They also had a slow start as a starting five.

One other fact I checked this morning.

The awesome, great sweet sixteen team that eveyone looks back on with such great regard went (26-9, 14-4). They had four conference losses.

If WSU wins tomorrow night, they are right back in the race. a loss tomorrow could really hurt.

That team was also at-large caliber. The Valley was stronger as well.

                  • Here's another memory from 2006. Bradley finished in a tie for 5th with an 11-7 record. I'm sure the people in Peoria remember them for their run in the tournament and not the disappointment of the regular season.

Man, I had completely forgotten that. That is in an interesting point.

                      • For the love of everything holy, can we please forget the comparisons of this team and the Valley to 2006? It's not even rational to try and form a basis around it.

The comparisons aren't meant to compare teams. The Valley was stronger in 2006. My comparison was to fan perspective and those that want to throw in the towel because things haven't gone according to plan.

Throwing in the towel in '06 would've probably been 10 losses, maybe 11.

Throwing in the towel in '11 is probably 5 losses, maybe 6.
