Mine was so bad I had to shut it down. Frozen picture 90% of the time and no audio more than half of the time. It was also eating all my band width and using all my resources. I couldn't do anything. I even rebooted and checked Services and task Mnager to make sure nothing was running that I didn't want or need.
I'm on Cox like other people are reporting and they tell me I'm on their high speed connection. I know that's what I'm paying for.The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.
