I'm one of the more optimistic posters and I have this as a loss.

Early season road game against a ranked opponent is a tough game for a top 10 team.

WSU's weaknesses at this time are front court D and driving perimeter players. That seems to be exactly how SDSU likes to score points.

I don't like predicting scores, but I'm expecting SDSU to go up 10-15 in the first couple of minutes of the game, we hit a couple threes, go on a couple of runs, keep getting it down to 5-7 but can never get over the hump and end up losing by about 10.

That sounds like the Utah St game from last season.

Garrett's not on yet and our guards, as good as they are, get beat off the dribble. I've got a bad feeling about this.

If I had to put money down on this game I would put it on San Diego State.

The Shocks are certainly capable of winning this game but it will take their best all-around, most consistent game to do it and HCGM may have to shorten his bench if the foul situation allows for it.

Vegas is saying sdsu -9. Unfortunately I agree with them. If sdsu is a legit top 20 team then they should win since it's a home game. I sure hope I'm wrong.
