Uh, Dana, I think they've started already.....

Oregon's first day of Fall classes isn't until September 27th. It looks like they follow the quarter system.

Not until 27 Sept. The Left Coast schools start later, which gives them a huge advantage football season, IMHO. That and letting agents give players lots of money during the year.
