Great to hear that about GS!

Here are a few other crumb facts:

17 man roster - only 3 are under 6'4" and Demetric is a big 6'2". Real big.

Don't take your girlfriend to watch Hatch play skins. It will be embarrassing. For everyone. She will cry. You will cry. Just pass. Someone switched bodies with Graham over the summer. My money is on a circa 1989 Jean- Claude Van Damme. Only more ripped.

      2 words. Ben Smith.

              Weights

SubGod - a few days ago, you posted this information on Stutz here:

Here is a crumb; Garrett is HUGE.

And the soft parts of him are no more.

Later on, someone else pointed out that you can look on Go Shockers under Roster and compare the weights of the players for this year with last year. I just did that and can see that for most players, the weights only varied a few lbs up or down from last year. In the case of Garrett Stutz, that shows that he weighed 248 last season and this season he weights 246. So, the statement below that Garrett is "HUGE" takes on a new meaning, eh! I take that to mean that he is much more ripped and/or buff, i.e, he's added a lot of muscle. In the past, GM has said that Stutz may grow to aroudn 285 lbs by his Sr year, etc!?

Doc posted that. I haven't seen Garrett this offseason. I trust the good Doc though and I know the work ethic that Stutz has so I'm not worried. He will continue to improve and be a joy to watch.

Stutz may still be working on getting some of the weight back that he lost when he was ill for a few weeks this summer.

At any rate, I will take a chiseled 246 lb Stutz vs a flabby 260 lb one! :)

I wasn't trying to be too cute.

I have seen Ben play three times. On those occasions, he was OK, but not outstanding.

Players have said that "He can play." I have heard this comment several times from various sources.

So, I am with you. I hope so.

One of the good things about this season is that Smith doesn't have to be ready to be a strong D1 player this year. This year he's the obvious backup for Hatch. Maybe Smith gets some minutes to give opponents a change of pace.

Kyles can play some 3 and present another different look. Smith is here for his Sr season. If Smith gets double-digit minutes this year, that would mean he's a strong contributor.

Hatch has definitely earned the right to get 30 minutes a game and I'd be happy to see him get those minutes.

From what I've been hearing, don't be surprised if Kyles starts over Murry this year.

I noticed they have JT Durley as being 6'8" now. Last year they had him at 6'7".

David may be playing great right now, but I would be shocked if he started over Toure. You don't get to start until you establish of a track record on consistency in real game situations, and David has yet to do that, while Toure averaged more minutes (31.6) than any other person on the team.

I do think that David could have a break-out year and will play well enough to keep Toure from averaging over 30 minutes a game this year (which is good for everyone since it keeps Toure fresh), but I don't see him taking his job.

Man I LOVE it when we are arguing about who is going to get the most minutes, instead of arguing about who is going to sub-in and give our starters some breather minutes. Deeeeeeep!
