If I heard correctly, Gary Parrish said during the UNI and UNLV game halftime that UNI was very good and that the Missouri Valley was better than a one bid league.

Eventhough I didn't like the MWC getting 4 bids to our 1, I was really hoping SDS would get by Pearl and the Vols.

SDS will be a handful next year.

Hahahahaha... WF just beat Texas at the buzzer in OT to complete an awesome set of games today.

It also completes one of the biggest tankjobs by a team in NCAA history. From No.1 in January to the pooper. (Way worse than our 2006-07 funk)

What a comeback in overtime by Wake Forest to knock off Texas.

I think Texas got out to an 8 point lead in OT, but poor free throw shooting opened the door for Wake and they took advantage.

Boy, Texas had a season very similar to the Shocks the year after their Sweet 16 run getting off to a hot start and then the bottom falling out.

My granddaughter's nickname is smidge (she was 3 lbs, 12 oz at birth).

I will say that having a mind a smidge quicker than mine will put you ahead of a snail's pace but you could still have trouble overtaking a turtle.

The Big East and Texas messed up my bracket. At one point I was 6 of 7 and had picked 2 of 3 upsets, but after that everything went to the place where things get flushed and are never seen again.

Cashed in on Murray State, ODU, and Washington for my upset picks.

Missed the obvious Georgetown and went a little overzealous with UTEP and Richmond (both of whom I had in the Sweet 16.. :( )

I only got 3 higher seeds winning tomorrow: Minnesota, Siena, and Louisville.
