Correct. The game was over so it really did not matter one way or the other. So that shot doesn't bother me. The Shocks inability to respond and put a stop to UNI's run was much more bothersome to me.

The O rear shot was a non-issue. Next year I think we need to build a Killer instinct in the Non Conference and try to maintain it during the season. Not getting anything from the 6 point lead is disappointing. Especially since we had a 10 point lead the night before on Illinois State.

We better start eyeballin coaches in case our great coach leaves. He definitely has earned some major offers and there will be some turnover in places. Maybe we will get lucky and he will stay but he will need an nice raise and extension.

A couple of others have already said it, but it bears repeating, when DW went out with 4 fouls the game turned. I realize DW has been a spark lately but there's too many experienced talented Shocker players for some other players not to step up. Man that was hard to watch.

Yeah - DW played well (fouls aside) - he is a keeper. And the "season" is not over.

Correct. This season is not over, but when it does end, it will be a very long spring, summer and fall, waiting for next season to start.

As disappointing as this game was, we hit a cold spell. I never felt our team gave up for a single second, and that is the thing that excites me most about them.

As good as DW has become, we'll still miss Hannah next year. Who spells DW in 2010-11?

That said, it sure is nice to see DW's improvement during the year.
