Is there anyone that is confused as to what type of game we are watching against WSU and Bradley?

Craig Steven needs to get away from using the word "BASKETBALL" every time he says something!!! Craig we all know what kind of game we are watching. I would love for someone to count how many times he says "BASKETBALL" in the final 6 minutes.

really, rather than craig steven's repetition of the word "basketball", i would rather not hear craig at all. i realize i may not be in the same boat as everyone, but just my opinion.

It drives me nuts when Craig says "versatile". He does it every game, and says ver-suh-TILE. It's VER-suh-tul Craig. VER-suh-tul. Say it after me. VER-suh-tul. Take your weak sauce ver-suh-TILE home.

I'm not a fan of the Bruce & Craig doing the broadcast. For them being two WSU alums its seems like they go more than out of their way to not be bias on a WSU broadcast. I don't know if I want them to be more 'homerish' or what but I'm really sick of them saying things like "That's just good stuff" or "It doesn't get much better than that" when the opposing team score.

I like Bruce, but I agree about lack of broadcasting to their target audience. They spend way too much time commenting and informing us about the players on the other team. I don't even know my own team that well and TV broadcast is the best time to educate us about our own players. Step up the background on your home team fellas.

I'm not a fan of Steven's color commentary. He doesn't have to be a walking dictionary, but aside from the BASKETBALL over use, he sometimes doesn't think through what he says beforehand. Tonight he made reference to someone on their all-Valley selections as 'selfish' not un-selfish or selfless.

A few years ago he said that someone was a 'competor' instead of a competitor. There's usually one or 2 of those type slip ups in every game.

I know he played for us, but surely someone else could do a better job. Probably never going to happen though.

You're right, it's good to have TV--even if the play by play isn't great.

He's a Wildcat fan. Back to the topic....there is a reason I am not a commentator, it is the same reason Craig Steven should not be one.
