I think USU would do very well in the Valley. They are schooling the #2 in the valley and I think they give uni all they can handle, if not more.

This current WSU team that's playing wouldn't be #2 in the Valley if the season restarted.

Were these really MVC refs? If so...holy crap. They could take a lesson from PAC-10 football refs. USU got every call in that game.

BTW, the "winning team, losing team" was possibly the gheyest thing I've ever heard.

Agree we can't blame this loss on the officiating. We just got out played. They were the better team tonight and at home they have been then the better team 60 some times out of 60 some times. I'm actually happy they kept it to a 10 pt loss.

In all seriousness, I don't really blame this on the refs. This is not the same team that we had earlier in the year. Of course I was disappointed in some calls and the first half imbalance (10-4) really makes me mad, but this team just doesn't seem to have it in them right now.

I'm really surprised we only lost by 10, though.

Yep. Hate to say it, but this was close than I expected. I actually felt like our energy level was better than it had been the last three games as well. Just no shooting. Again. Or defense.
