This is the same team we have seen for the past 3 weeks. The only difference is that tonight, we are playing Evansville, so we aren't down by 15 - 20 points.
And we have 1 player that is doing good, whereas before, no one was.
This is just ridiculous.
There is NO excuse for a performance like this. Again, we are going to let the last few minutes of a game decide the outcome as opposed to just walking up to the weak kid and popping him in the mouth to let him know who the boss is.
We let the little kid take a bat to our knee caps instead.
Embarrassing.
"When life hands you lemons, make lemonade." Better have some sugar and water too, or else your lemonade will suck!
THis is exactly what I was afraid of. No energy in the gym+an Evansville team ready to win one in conference play+less than focused effort by the Shox+poor shooting=recipe for disaster.
Stutz has been a nice surprise, but that's basically it.
So frustrating to see such a good team play so badly.
We have to pray for a successful halftime 'pep talk' by the coaches (or royal chewing).
