Does it seem like other teams have better chemistry than us? Rarely do you see us giving each other high 5's or pumping each other up or any communication at all.
We just look like we want to play in the CBI again.
High 5's that is what we are missing!! Someone call HCGM....
If DW is ever a quality D-1 point guard, I will eat my words and run naked through Old Town.
DW will be ok over the long haul. He's just a young 'pup' who has some raw skills--basically exactly what the coaching staff has said all along. Unfortunately when he plays he exploits our biggest 'achilles heel' which is lack of point guard depth. Thus the reason we're looking to the recruiting trail for a replacement. DW will continue to develop over the years as a PG in relief of whatever JUCO player we get.

I have only seen games that have been streamed, but I was asking this same thing the other day. Are we sure this team is tight knit? They don't appear to slap hands when subbing in and out, don't seem to help each other off the deck, saw someone make and outstanding play in a recent comeback, and nobody was chest bumping, high fiving, nothing. (I think it was Graham Hatch who made the play and you would have thought he had leprosy.)[/quote]
Even if we win (and I expect we will), these bipolar Shocker games are giving me serious concern. I know they deserve a pat-on-the-back for a comeback, but more importantly is the question as to why we need to comeback against a UE type of team.

I don't know really. I mean the comeback against Indiana St had all the guys chest bumping and slapping hands. I've seen plenty of celebrating going on between each other at plenty of games. I think it's just more of their "ho hum" attitude they've been having lately than chemistry.
"He called me around noon and was thrilled," Brandt said. "He said he was going to be a Shocker forever." -- RIP Guy, you WILL indeed be a Shocker forever!

Yep. We shouldn't be in that position to begin with. Again, I think we will pull it out, but it's mighty frustrating.
