Very true. I do credit Dana for benching him for the remainder of the game after the 'T' though. I have a feeling Dana regrets ever having recruited P'unk. Definitely more trouble than he's worth and an anti-team player.

It was gratifying to see the Shox lead from start to finish today. They did everything they had to do and played a pretty solid game. Yes, could be better, but it's not quite time to be peaking. That comes in a month or so.

This was a very workman like effort for the Shox. Came out played very good defense and scored at a good rate. Mixed up presses and cut the bjs up in their man to man and took their zone apart with meticulous passing and penetrating. After the half came back out and gave up some early points but calmed down and went back to defending and finding the open man on offense. Rebounding was not sharp but Blair had an explanation for the reason in that the Shox would come off of their man to help on D and then would be out of position for the rebound. All in all I would rate this as a B+ effort. They played with purpose and intent.

I find it hard to believe that no one mentioned his greeting to press row? A few minutes before he was given the T he ran down press row and knocked everyones drinks off of the table. There was no need for him to be even close to being over there. All the action was down on our end of the court at the time. The guys over there seemed pretty upset about the whole thing and talked to the ref's. about it during the next time out. I figured the T was pretty quick because of that outbreak, kinda of act like a fool me once same on me but twice well shame on you.

That makes the technical foul, the dropped ball out of bounds, the out-of-control plays all the more sweeter and funnier.

No talent. No class. No ability. No heart.

It's conceivable he could turn it around before he graduates, assuming he's still at CU next season, but the dumbass is too full of himself to admit he needs to change anything. Instead, he lashes out by grabbing his crotch and knocking drinks over because he can't handle what a failure he's become.

On the plus side, I can't think of a better team for him to be on.

I didn't see that (not saying it didn't happen) but I guess then Gregg was on a short leash too.....he threw an empty cup of water and hit one of the guys on the end of press row right in the chest. I actually laughed out loud as Gregg had no idea and certainly didn't mean to do it.

I'm so glad I got to come down from KC to this game. Sat 4 rows up from the Creighton bench. They just looked scared and frustrated all day.

Harriman came out after his botched lay up and threw out a huge F-bomb in front of all the Creighton fans.

T'Allen came off the court after his tantrum and made a one-handed junk grab gesture towards section 119. Once again in front of all the CU fans and their kids.

I saw some remarks on the Creighton board about us being too happy for beating their awful team. It doesn't matter to me if they are 0-18, 9-9 or 18-0. I will always enjoy it when we beat them. I don't care if this is a rivalry or not. I don't like that team. I'm sure there are decent CU fans scattered around but we tend to judge a fan base by their most extreme fans. And their extreme fans are the WORST!

Even though we mailed it in the last 10 minutes or so, I have to say it was wonderful being back in that arena! Go shocks!

Amen. If they suck that's their problem. Just like the Todd Marinovich Raiders, having them suck just makes the victory that much sweeter.
