Great road win. I would like to see more killer instinct down the stretch. This should have been a 30 point win.

I like coach GM's decision to give DK and DW more minutes near the end of the game. Also to give the walk-ons some minutes. :)

If the game had been closer, some of the younger guys and one (unnamed in this post) sophomore would have been back in a chair pretty quickly after hitting the floor.

I think we could have won by 30, but in the long run, that's no better than winning by a smaller margin. Getting road experience for some younger players is better, overall, than winning by 30.

wu, that's true, tey aren't gonna improve if they don't get minutes. They will get better with playing time, and obviously the best time to play them is in a game like that which is clearly in our favor. We've already seen good things from Manigault. Demetric could still be hampered with his angle, although he did have a good, hard drive to the hole late in the game that I liked. There's no doubt this team has all the potential to be good, and like I said, as soon as we put it all together, look out Valley!

The second half was as disappointing as the first half was inspiring. We were up nearly 30 and then the foot came completely off the gas. We scored about 10 points the final 10 minutes of the game.

I love the win but we have to finish these type of weak teams off!

We were outscored 2-1 the final 10 mins of the game. It certainly had the potential of being a dominant win. I certainly think we had the players to make it dominant though. Woulda, coulda, shoulda.

Ummm....yes. Don't get greedy. Anytime you go on the road and beat a team by 15 and the game is never in doubt - that is dominant.

The final 10 minutes was just pure garbage time - it was more about getting some playing time for some and just slowing the game down and getting it over with.

Dominant if you leave the starters in and risk injury to any of them. Dominant if you leave the starters in and don't let the bench get any experience during a game with good opposition. Dominant if you want to run the score up for no reason while trying to work on working the clock for a time that you may actually need to.

A team that won a game in the tourney last year, is 20+ games over .500 at home the last 2 years, playing at home celebrating last year's achievements is NEVER in the game......
