You can't argue with numbers, but you still try. Why? We weren't even near the top of the Valley last year, and WSU drew more fans than any other game ever has. Why?

While it is nice to see CU lose and poke fun of their stuck up arses, I believe they have beat us something like 20 out of the last 27 matchups (who's got the exact number?).

I would really love for us to reverse this trend and have us dominate the series for a decade and-a-half. Hopefully the tables are turning as I believe GM and the Shox are going up and CU has hit their peak and at the very least plateauing.

We've played five games. We have, like, twenty-five left. 27-3 is pretty much guaranteed that we're in the NCAA, especially when three losses came against those three teams. I mean, it's not like I'm predicting we go undefeated for the rest of the season, but then again it's not like we have any REALLY HUGE TOUGH games left this season. I guess New Mexico will be tough, but that's really it.

I do think our guys match-up favorably with the Jays but as we're all well aware when Valley play starts it's anyone's game and who the heck knows where the season will be when the essential tourney play is said & done.
