....the scrimmage at the Koch? I'm sure both fanbases would love to hear any news about what happens.

Sully can't get in to watch. No press allowed. Myabe he can pick up some "rumors" after it's over, but we can't get his objective viewpoint. The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.
We like to cut down nets and get sized for championship rings.

Could we get our local fire marshall on board with the need to do an inspection of the arena proper at a convenient time? Or perhaps its time for the engineering department to do an inspection of the exposed steel beams, you know, for safety. ;)Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind. ~Dr. Seuss

I didn't think coach could talk to the media about it."He called me around noon and was thrilled," Brandt said. "He said he was going to be a Shocker forever." -- RIP Guy, you WILL indeed be a Shocker forever!

Right now I think both KSU and WSU are going to be good indicators to the other team of how things are progressing. I think that is going to continue with the coaching staffs of both schools.
The scrimmage is a good measuring stick for both schools. It's a valuable training and practice tool and it's economical, considering the proximity of the schools.
At this point, I'd prefer to keep the scrimmage and not schedule each other. It allows the coaching staffs and players to be friends and allows a carmeraderie to develop that can be beneficial in the scrimmage. Scheduling games would change the dynamic between the schools.
Let's use the scrimmage as a learning tool and reserve KSU for that. If KSU does the same thing, then both WSU and KSU get the greatest benefit from the scrimmage. The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.
