  • Anyone going to the NBA game tonight?

I'm not the biggest NBA fan, but it'll be pretty cool to see some basketball as a tune-up for the next month.

Me and about 5 others are there.
    Deuces Valley.
    ... No really, deuces.

I'm usually all for supporting anything and everything sports-related around Wichita. However, this is one event I will not attend. I can't stand the NBA.

I sort of wish I was going, just to see some bball played at Koch. It's been awhile.

I have no desire to watch an NBA game. Not to mention an NBA game that'll be played mostly by the bench

          Doubt it.

Kinda funny though coming from someone who would gladly watch 3 hours of the Royals daily.

o and people that refuse to watch the NBA hasnt prolly watched it in 5 years, because it has changed since then. Its good quality basketball, especially with young stars like Chris Paul and Dwight Howard

I hope to travel down to OKC for a game when the real action begins. Durant is going to be a great player.

I've tried to watch and still can't do it. And last time I went to an NBA game in Wichita the stars only played a couple of minutes and the rest was pretty much a snooze fest.

I'll be interested to see how many minutes the stars play. Like SG, the last time I attended (and frankly every NBA exhibition I have attended over the years), the real stars didn't attend, usually at the last minute and always because of something that wouldn't have prevented them from playing in a real game.

Also, I have a problem with paying $56 for a ticket to an exhibition game, when I can get a ticket to a regular season Thunder game at the Ford center for $35 (admittedly, a slight difference in seat location, but you get my drift).

I actually do enjoy the NBA more today than I did 10 years ago, for whatever that's worth, but the product still sucks imho.

How many people will show up? More than at a volleyball game?

                        The answer would be ix-nay.

No, no. Make that double ix-nay.

There will be some wonderful athletes on the floor and for that, I sorta want to go.

NOt going. Have homework. Dying to too See Dwight play and even though hes a shell of his former self Id like to watch Vincanity go at it.

Id like to ad that whomever did the advertising for this deserves to be taken out to pasture.

Really people? Charles Paul? you want people to come but you cant even get one of the stars names right? You dont deserve to have that job you idiot.
