  • For some dopey reason, I went ahead and got my season seats in row 30. I guarantee you me and my troop may be on the prowl for empty seats down lower tonight. If we win and get another home game, I will wait until the public sale to buy.

I just went on to see where I would get if I bought four "best available" seats right now - Sec 104 Row 15. Anyone want to buy my row 30 seats?

    • I did the same thing...I should have moved down!

The funny thing is even yesterday I had talked to people who didn't know WSU was playing a game tonight. Given the fact that this game was so unexpected, the athletic department probably should have done something to advertise it at least a little.

      • My friend just called to say he got tickets. We were going to have a watch party at his house but fortunately we both decided to go to the game.

I feel bad because he hit me up like hey lets do this. but I had already bought my tickets and what not.

Either way its on like donkey kong.

I think it means you cannot seen the action very well.
im not an old man like you, if I need to stand no biggie
Then if you want to see the entire game, I encourage you to stand the entire game.

Also, you might consider floor seats for your next regular season purchase. Your "no biggie" might turn into ecstasy, if you are into standing.

          Enjoy the game.

          • Should one of us pitch to Eric Sexton about making an announcement at, say, the first media timeout, of something along the lines of:

"See empty seats below you? Come on down! Make some noise!"

OK, maybe we only have 7-8000 tonight, but we will ALL want to be there, so I have a feeling we're all gonna be LOUD AND PROUD!

I think I'll watch 96's video a few more times, so I'll be, as so eloquently put by the good Dr, ready to kick someone's arse!

            • Unfortunately after I reserved my season tickets in row 30 and realized I could move down much lower it was too late to exchange them for an upgrade. The ticket booth guy said they would not accomodate such a request.

              • I will want to hear from those of you who watch on HDNet how the place looks in full HD, as opposed to the smoke signals and semaphore feed we tend to get from KN22. Not that I'm complaining about having games on TV or anything...

Probably not very good if the Chuck isn't full.

Just went on line to GoShockers and asked for best available (2 tickets) and got Sec. 104, Row 16. I think that is upper bowl so hopefully at least the lower bowl is full.

                  • Remember, even half full would mean over the halfway point, as the sections get bigger the higher you go.

I expect to see the sides pretty full and the ends less so tonight. JUST BE LOUD!

                    • If you try to order four tickets, best available gets you row 21 in 104. So I'm guessing that the first 19-20 rows are probably largely full, except for a seat or two here and there.

This is what I've been thinking. If it's about 7-8k there, it will probably have the feel of the UAB snowstorm game. I would say there was about 7-8k there, but the people that were there were loud and it made for a good atmosphere.

Also, keep in mind there are going to be a lot of season ticket holders about row 21 that renewed their tickets already and didn't or couldn't "upgrade". It isn't like row 21-33 is going to be empty.

                            • I'm really looking forward to having a cupholder. :good:

Hearing some good tunes from the :band:

A sighting of :poster_eo: would be nice.

Without a sellout, the :thewave: won't be much fun.

If Rodney Pierce starts scoring at will I'll be like , then like :ohno: and hoping I don't or  on the way home.

I've got a fever :cowbell: and the only cure is :bball_spin:

                              Now, :goshocks:
