    Makes no sense at all.
$6 isn't horrible, a little bit more sting when it is just for one ticket.

$6 isn't bad, but this morning when I got on there were $11 in charges and that pissed me off. Glad to know that was just a glitch. I didn't have my credit card on me so I couldn't finish, but will do that when I get home.

Just went ahead and called to order them over the phone since I don't remember my pin number. The total was $40 for 2 tickets.

I wonder which costs the university more money... Hiring people to man the phones or using the existing website that costs no more to run if 10 or 10,000 tickets are ordered. Just seems odd there are more fees with the easier, more efficient way of ordering tickets.

You didn't pay ANY fees for ordering on the phone? What about when you pick them up - will they slap a fee on that?

And to clarify - is it $6.00 per transaction on line (whether 1 or 10 tickets) rather than $6.00 per ticket? I'm getting confused.

I paid $0 in fees. $40 has been charged to my card and they will be waiting for me at 8:00 AM.

I went in person this morning and got my four for the face price - no extra fees, no lines, in and out in about three minutes. Said hi to Eric Sexton while I was at it!

I also went to the ticket office in person around 2 pm. I was in and out in less than two minutes with no hassles and no fees. I certainly recommend this approach if it fits your schedule.

Will there be some kind of update this evening regarding how sales are going?

I wish I could but we're a little understaffed yet again and getting away in the early hours of tomorrow are absolutely impossible.

                      It's $6 per transaction, doesn't matter if it's 1 ticket or 10. Our purchase of 6 tickets had a $6 fee.

Supposedly doing about 500 tickets an hour as of 1:00 today.

Have a freind in the Stanford ath. dept.. Says ticket sales could have alot to do with who gets the next home game if both home teams win first round.
This game is not a given, Buffalo will be bringing it. We need our 6th man to bring its best effort!

WICHITA, Kan.--Coach Gregg Marshall answered questions from Wichita's local media regarding the Shockers bid into the College Basketball Invitational. Wichita State opens the CBI by hosting the Buffalo Bulls on Wednesday, March 18 at 7 p.m.

“If we win, the second round is either going to be Boise State or Stanford. Boise State has agreed to be a road team, so it’s either going to be a trip to Palo Alto, Calif., or the Cardinal coming here. That will be determined in part by the ticket sales at the respective places.”

Maples Pavilion seats 7,233, so if both games are sellouts and Sanford and WSU both win, well ----
