I know they're better tickets than what I got I'm just thrilled to be going. This is the first game I will be going to this season as I work every night.

Just back back from Koch. I normally sit in Sec 120 up high (still good seats) but wanted to upgrade. Got Sec. 121 top row of lower section (Row 13), aisle seat closest to center court. I am smack dab eye level with Center Court. Yahoo!!! Completely different perspective. We'll see which I like better. I would rather see the play develop (which I can from my original seat) than see the sweat drip off the players.Originally posted by shockerfan34
There were about 50 people there to get tickets (lot of them upgrading) when I arrived at 11:50. They opened the windows at 12:00 and I was on my way by 12:20 (not because it takes that long to order your tickets but because there were about a dozen people in front of me).
This, to me, doesn't sound good for ticket sales. The students are out for spring break (but then again we don't have great student support anyway). I hope lots of people are buying online. There were a lot of people buying rows 2, 3, 4. Too far down for me. I was offered a lower row, but asked for something higher.Comment

Best available online I got section 106, row 7.
$21 + $1.50 = 22.50 per ticket plus $5 will-call "delivery" fee. Not a big deal, but why do online orders get charged a delivery fee for will-call and telephone orders don't? Weird. Oh well.Comment

I finally got through the ticket office on the phone and they wouldnt allow me to upgrade.
They were still the last I saw trying to sell out the chairbacks behind press row.Comment

No offense guys, but there's a difference between our first NIT game in 15 years vs. Florida State and a CBI game vs. Buffalo. I don't expect that many bandwagoners in attendance. Now if we get Stanford in here, that may rise.
But let's face it. It's not gonna be close to 10k. It sucks, but that's the truth.Deuces Valley.

Seeing in person how the ticket sales were going, I agree that we might not get 10,000 in the building. Too bad. It is ANOTHER game to help support our Shoxs and it will pain me if we don't get a really good crowd.Comment

Hopefully it will come close to a sell out. However, I would wager that what this crowd lacks in numbers it will more than make up for in the noise category. Wish I could be there.Comment
