Every fan I have run into has been great. EXCEPT Creighton fan. They cheered against WSU all night...their fans would whine unendingly when MSU would miss a shot...some shouted "air ball air ball" at Toure long after his miss. It gets old BJs.....

That's not the least bit surprising. They think they are so elite it's not even funny. Always complaining about WSU fans and other fans and they're the dickiest ones out there.

I hope sCUm gets a rude wakeup call tonight. That would make my freakin year.

The difference is that CU fans talk about schools, leagues, and sports based on basketball. WSU fans base it on their WHOLE program.

CU has had some nice success the past 10 years, and WSU fans recognize that. They really do. While the may point out how many NCAA wins they have in that stretch, they recognize they were there.

Many CU fans, and I won't say most because I have met quite a few CU fans, believe they should play BB in another conference. But outside of soccer, they don't compete on THE highest level in any major sports.

WSU has a long history of success and high rankings in baseball, as well as VB. The basketball team went to the Sweet 16 in 2006. The Bowling teams are also consistently one of the best in the country.

You can add men's golf and both tennis teams over the past few years to the WSU programs that have shown well nationally.
