Every time I think the Shockers are primed and ready to make some serious noise they go and crap themselves on the road. I think they battle and keep it close but the GORL gives the Redbirds extra karma which they use to pull away in the closing minutes...

Not sure what kind of crowd to expect tomorrow, as usual. We've been averaging over 9K in home conference games (including 3 sellouts), but then we got just under 8K to see that shooting barrage nightmare loss to Indy St last Sunday. Wouldn't surprise me if that turned some fans off. Plus the weather might not be great tomorrow here so that could affect travel for some people. Hopefully we get a sizeable (and noisy) crowd though.

One of these years I hope we each get our games on a weekend so some of us Redbird fans can make the trek to Wichita, and some of you guys can come over to Normal.

I have a very strong feeling that WSU comes out tomorrow night and plays inspired ,smart basketball,i think Kyles will play more and we press the Birds.These guys are getting it,we are starting to play more consistent and within ourselves.

I originally said we'd end up 7-11 in the conference. But now with the win over UNI, I think we have a chance to end up at 8-10.

I'm picking us to lose tomorrow, but maybe the Shockers can prove me wrong again and win at Illinois State.
