    Bilas didn't mention that one, cpa, but there's something to it. Tough players definitely work on their free throws in practice, and they keep their focus and poise when they go to the line in games, all of which makes them more likely to succeed.

      and tough players treat every free throw like it is the 1 point they need to win the game, with concentration and rythm.

      What ever happened to Mrs. Marshall working with the players on their free throw shooting? Some of our players have bad form, and it shows.

      Good article on toughness. It should be subtitled, 'Taking care of business'!
