I get to about half the home games, so it would figure that I miss the real entertainment.

The Zooperstars are funny . . . once or twice. And if you count America's Got Talent, I've seen them three times. Pass.

I agree. I thought they were pretty good. I'll tell ya who I'd love to come back is the gymnast that used a board like a trampoline. The two guys held this long board on their shoulders and would thrust her up to about the scoreboard and she would do flips and twist and then land on this little board. That was really impressive.

The Quick Change people were very expensive. That may be the reason why they may not be back.

Who was the guy that did the village people routine with all those mannequins attached to him?

Earlier this year we had the Memphis Grizzlies "dunk team" come to Bud Walton. That is the best halftime I've ever seen. Basically 4 guys with a small trampoline and a mat doing all kinds of crazy dunks.

We rarely bring in halftime shows though. Most of the time it's the dance team and then a student contest.

How about a Shockernet sponsored smack-off between Fever and fsf?

Who was the Chinese chick on the unicycle that would flip 5 bowls at a time off her feet and they would all land in a stack on her head? That was crazy cool!

I am still waiting for a guitarist in the band to go crazy on a solo during one of the timeouts too .. free and cool! Also would be cool if the drummer went wild during a different timeout.

Whatever happened to the dance team performing during halftime? It hasn't happened much this season.

We have had a show like that several times in the past. I believe they were sponsored by Budweiser. They really put on a great show.

We could go back to the 60s and 70s and bring back the Walking Waves.

For some reason, I don't seem to recall them? I’m too darn old, but didn’t we have some real hotties in the early 70’s that were called the Shockettes? One particular blonde comes to mind. She would offer her assistance to influence top level recruits to sign on the dotted line.

                              :innocent:

Sure the half time show was for a good cause...I like supporting good causes as much or more than the next guy, but that show was horrible. The half time is for entertaining the fans and I know my daughter and our entire group for that matter wasn't entertained. I could hear a few people around us mention that it was a terrible half time show, I agreed.

Quick Change was at our game against Creighton in Omaha. We've had the Dogs, dance team, mascot basketball, and inflatable mascots all this year. Hell, let's bring in another 6 - 8 year old basketball team, those little kids are always fun to watch and the crowd usually gets behind them.
