Of course they are a reflection of the coach...the coach went out and got some thugs in an effort to win.....so be it.

LOL @ "the greatest coach in Missouri Valley history". I'm not saying he's a bad coach by any means, but.. LOL.

I also like how he calls it a very impressive win by Creighton. Only a 12 point win over a team whose coach doesn't know offense cause his team is awful at it (all said by this guy). Things must not be looking good for Creighton this year..

I do feel bad cause I'm listening to his podcast, which is pretty much what he wants, but whatever. This is too good of a laugh to resist.

ALSO, he slams Marshall for not saying anything about Altman during the press conference, even though he did during the WSU radio show. What's ironic about this, you ask? Does anyone remember last year when his interview with Marshall was over, he goes on a huge rant about Marshall, rather than choosing to say anything directly to him? What a hypocrite.

The podcast was amusing. I can't get worked up over some comments by a "media figure" in Omaha. I'll let the Shocks' play over the next three years speak for me. Creighton basketball is kind of like Florida State baseball; I'll just compare the number of baseball national championships won by WSU and won by Florida State or the number of basketball NCAA tourney games won by WSU and won by Creighton over the last ten years (or ever).

How about comparing the number of times Creighton volleyball has been invited to the NCAA tourney? Or Creighton's record in the CWS against WSU? :lol:

Sorry. I forgot the most important sport in the universe. Creighton soccer rules. In fact, maybe they should drop basketball (they already dropped baseball and volleyball; right?) so they can devote all their resources to Creighton soccer!! Creighton athletics will get rich from soccer.

Sadly my sister is a Creighton alum, I don't know how that happened, scholarship I guess. Any way, I was talking to her about this tonight and apparently not too many Jays fans are real fond of this guy either. But if you look at his past, it's kind of amusing. Propping up the Big XII from MVC country. Yes, I'm fully aware that all of Nebraska is big time NU country, but at least in my sister's neck of the woods, there's a lot of CU fans, on top of that, 17-18,000 people for a basketball game, that's quite a bit of MVC support in Big XII country.
