CU has a team 3-pt. average of around 38% and does a lot of damage from 3 guards who are lights out on 3-pt shots. WSU has to play man D and may not be able to switch D's effectively, which has been a weapon for the Shox.
CU is likely to play some zone to pack the inside and challenge WSU to hit some 3's. I'm not familiar with Altman's tendencies on D.
With WSU playing man and CU playing zone, that should favor WSU on the boards, which is playing to one of WSU's strengths.
I'm not convinced that CU's inside players are better than WSU's. I'm not convinced that WSU's perimeter D can stop CU's outside game. WSU doesn't seem to have a lock-down defender right now. Stopping CU's outside game requires 3 lock-down defenders.
