F4 is a good goal. I'd be a bit disappointed if S16 was their goal.

I don't think Marshall wants players whose goal is to make the NCAA's. That's setting the sights a bit low. You've got to want to get there and want to win games after you get there.

Let the players whose goal is to make the NCAA tournament go to CU.
