While I am disappointed and this is a bad loss in our house, I'm not going into meltdown mode.

Anybody want to take an over/under on the level of indignation that Cold will achieve? 10 is China Syndrome meltdown. 1 is recognition of an up-and-diwn season.

My bet is on 283,747,561.

This sounds really cliche but this was a learning experience. You can see Stutz and Murry getting better with every possession.

A lot of empty seats out there tonight. Didn't look good on TV. Although, I do like the new look of the floor.

Anyway, embarassing loss tonight. Fundamental basketball at its worst. Small guards driving the lane, out of control and not knowing what to do with the ball, poor free throw shooting, and rushing shots in key situations.

Another 11 win season is on the horizon.

Will it be a long season? Probably.
Is it expected? Probably.
Will they eventually improve? Definitely.

They are young and inexperienced; a hybrid mix of Frosh, JuCo's and Transfers.
It's going to take a while but they will get better.

Fla is not going to be any fun. 8)

I said it earlier this year, and I will say it again!!! " Free-throws---free-throws---free throws. " It was just between the ears tonight because I KNOW these Shocks can shoot them better than this. It just seemed like at the end on the when the ball was up for grabs, the roos seemed to go get it.

Ramon tied his rebound record at around 17, and around 11 points. It was good to see Chamberlin and Hannah play some together. AJ penetrated nicely at times tonight. Stutz was solid inside on offense and I am liking his game.

This game was disheartening. Last year we lost at leat 8 close games. Thus, let's just believe that as this young team matures, we are going to get some surprise wins of our own.
