I guess we know that somebody in his family reads Shockernet (probably his son). 8)

I'm sure that if GM asks the team (& family members) to keep certain things quiet, then these things will not appear here.
Some posts are not visible to me. :peaceful:
Don't worry too much about it. Just do all you can do and let the rough end drag.

He did say that Hatch can really shoot the ball and is very mature after 2 years on the Mormon mission........
I'm almost certain that several months ago I either told a few folks that or posted it.

KC---You asked about the key players in the SE-East game. The SE players have been noted. For East there is Garius Holliman, Jawanza Poland, and Leon Flowers. GH is a superb athelete, a team player, and an excellent passer. JP is may be a hidden jewel, and a awesome high jumper in track. LF is a Junior and a player to watch.
Shocker basketball will forever be my favorite team in all of sports.

I've heard Flowers has potential. Holloman needs to develop his outside game to play at D1 from what I hear. But he has been reported to be a very good athlete and player. I've never heard of the Poland kid.

HCGM said that a friend had called him on his way home and talked about his speech. He said, "Oh you were there?" and his friend said "No, I read about it on the internet." So, I don't think it was his son.
HCGM did say that he would try the open practice ban out first and see how that goes. He made it sound like that it may not be permenant. He will be scripting dead ball plays without any signals to keep opponents guessing what might be coming.

I did a bit of looking on Rivals - the only other player 6'10"+ Wichita State is currently listed for is Tyrone McNeal. He went to Miami c.c. but 5 of the 7 recruiting him are in the general midwest area (Indiana, Kstate, Nebraska, Wyoming, and WSU).

I was there also and I'm pretty sure he said one of the unofficial visits the recruit and his father were flying in, and paying their own way so they may not all be local.

It was funny when someone asked are you going to recruit local and he just said "Yes" and stood there smiling for probably 10 seconds. :) He then followed up with "we will recruit our backyard."

He definitely seemed like a very geniune, down to earth guy, whose happy to be here. He talked all about the wonderful weather during his visit, and how he had to get the in-laws approval as they had just moved to SC to be closer to the grandkids!

Of course he is going to look in his own backyard...but that doesn't mean that he is going to find someone there. I wouldn't expect any coach to say,"no, I'm not going to look (recruit) in our back yard."

We also don't know how large a backyard he is refering to...it could be all ajoining states...etc...

I'm pretty sure that's not our Frank.

Frank Benjamin-Eze is still in Nigeria.
