I’m just saying it’s not kosher to talk about someone else’s job when in fact they are still employed by the university. There’s probably a good chance that Ford is seeking other opportunities but until there is an open position I don’t think Matt can discuss the matter.

While he was reticent to talk about the subject, his comments lead me to believe that his future on the staff is dependent on job interviews, which Coach Ford has had or will have this summer.

From my understanding, 'has had' are the key words there.
