I need some help here. My "go-to" pecking order to find everything about WSU athletics was Shockernet and then the Shockwaves app on my phone. With Sully now at WSU where do I necessarily go for all that content outside of here? Do I just keep refreshing the goshockers website? Is there an app for goshockers? Where do I go to digest all Sully's news?

Sully had a great amount of insight into the program because there was a huge level of trust between he and the coaching staff. Not so confident that will happen with the next person and if it does it won't happen overnight.

I don't care who the beat writer is you won't do any better than @shocks02: on recruiting. For the rest of the items of interest that we care about there are enough of us that can share things from time to time that aren't known to the general public that we ought to be able to fill some of that void.

Imo, and it could very easily be proven wrong, this move is only a positive for Paul and WSU. Wichita State coverage will be severely lacking for the foreseeable future. There is currently a void in the market for Wichita State coverage and it would be the perfect opportunity for an up-and-coming, internet savvy journalist to fill that void. I know kai was trying to head in that direction but ran into a real life time-crunch with work or whatever else came up. I would love to see someone establish a WSU recruiting/news site, we might even be the only AAC school without one.

I would get updates from twitter when sully broke something or posted something WSU related. Don't have time to be on shockernet all day unfortunately
