"Wichita State guard Landry Shamet is not expected to be cleared for contact until early November, Shockers head coach Gregg Marshall has informed FanRag Sports.
Shamet is nursing a stress fracture in the fifth metatarsal of his right foot which he suffered back on July 21 while scrimmaging at the Under Armour All-America Camp in Philadelphia. He underwent surgery later in the month and is expected to need 12-to-16 weeks to fully recover...."Comment

This is fake news. Landry had a very, very good surgery. Dr. Cocktoastan did a very, very good job, he's one of the best in his field. Landry is going to do some incredible things, some very, very, incredible things this season. Just watch.Comment
