What's the word on this 4 star recruit we just got. Sounds like just what the doctor ordered with the turnover we will have after next year. Looks like a good get !

Great get! One more piece to the puzzle going into next season. How funny it would be to watch Shament, Conner, ShaQ, Mitguard and Poor Bear all on the same court for a minute or 2!!! Probably won't see it...but would be neat to experiment with that for a couple minutes of court time together.FINAL FOURS:

Click here to go to Poor Bear's recruiting thread.
I believe someone reported on the recruiting thread that his Poor Bear name comes from his Lakota Indian roots. Now exactly what it means will be interesting to find out. I'm thinking Poor Bear refers to the Bear that Isaiah crossed paths with in the woods.
I can foresee some interesting battles on the practice court between Shaq and Poor Bear. Of course you would expect Shaq to come out on top with his experience advantage. Looking forward to seeing God Bear and Poor Bear on the court at this fall's Shocker Madness along with Big Shaq. Perhaps those three can set some triple screens for Landry and Conner. Wall-to-Wall Shaq Wall if you will. The would for a formidable picket fence.Last edited by 1972Shocker; May 29, 2017, 04:56 PM.

The tweet from Kunkel said that Chandler had "said" that he was going to Sunrise and then to WSU in the 18-19 season. That tweet didn't say the word "might". The tweet sounded like Kunkel may have talked to Chandler but it certainly wasn't clear. You would think that Paul would be giving the same message if it was true.

Guess we are going to have to wait and see for at least a year, and maybe more as to how this pans out. Gotta be confident that at this stage in 3G's outstanding coaching career, that he and his assistant coaches see a lot of potential in this young man and that he just needs a little more experience to possibly turn into something really special.
