You haven't watched much NBA the last 15 years?

I have. And see the kids get exposed for what they are.

There are always going to be roster spots needed, and unfortunately it gets taken over by immature players therefore diluting the product of the NBA.

Pretty wicked. But his hair flops over his face and causes him some real issues. Of course, that can be addressed.

The dangers of the offseason: e.g., paying too much attention to players' tweets and trying to divine what's meant by them.

Those tweets have been hermetically sealed. They've been kept in a mayonnaise jar on Funk and Wagnall's porch since noon yesterday.

you mean that kids (all people really) don't always use exact, definite, and absolute words to communicate what they really mean?

I'd be more concerned if it said 4:20.

Where do they find the hermits when they need somethign sealed? and why are hermits so good at sealing something air tight?

Thank you, Carnac Varnsen. I'm thinking that jar would also be a good place for whatever device Markis uses to tweet.

For some reason twitter thinks I should read all of McDuffie's tweets, so I get email notifications, even though I don't follow MM. I can't recall a single tweet of his that I could interpret into "old guy speak". I gave up reading them, because I never had a clue what he was saying.

"10 NBA Draft decisions that will have huge impacts on college basketball in 2017-18" - SB*Nation

                              by Mike Rutherford
                              May 18, 2017, 12:03pm EDT

With less than a week before the deadline for underclassmen to pull their names out of the NBA draft, there are still a handful of college stars with huge choices to make.

                              Markis McDuffie, Wichita State

If McDuffie returns as most expect him to, then Wichita State could be a preseason top 10 team, and will almost certainly be the preseason favorites in their first year as a member of the AAC. If the versatile First Team All-Missouri Valley Conference performer shocks everyone and bolts, then expectations change for Gregg Marshall and company."
