              I am sure that every coach has a list of people he would like to have on staff. This is a coaching fraternity and I know HCGM knows a lot of those guys. I am sure he has specific criteria and needs and wants in this replacement. I would bet he has reached out to that person as of yesterday. Its probably more important to know who you would like as an assistant than it is to shave every day and we know how well HCGM likes to shave every day

                I'm not sure that he would take it (health issues) but Mark Potter is a great man and tremendous Coach. I'd love to see him get a shot.

                            Potter is getting out of coaching for a reason. He will be speaking professionally about his journey through depression and other life pitfalls. He is a tremendous public speaker and motivator.
