It looks to me like Virginia and Villanova are in a class by themselves and then a drop off
to #3 Purdue and Cincy #4. Throw a blanket over the next 20-25 teams. Right now we
are NOT a top twenty team but I am okay with that. Really need a win tomorrow night and
down the road we need to, at the very least, split with Cincy.

We've used all of our mulligans with the pollsters and will have to finish strong if we'd like to see a number next to our name down the stretch.

I don't disagree with anything your last 5 posts shared. I think there are a whole bunch of teams in that 10-30 range that could easily be swapped with each other. And DeCock's comment about the disappointment; I really agree with that. We're used to that long climb up the polls; nothing new!

We are still getting so much love. That is rare. Heck if we would have lost the same amount of games in the MVC we would have been gone from the rankings a long time ago. Heck probably after the first loss in conference play. Just look at the blue blood programs. NC and Kentucky are both right next to us. This is not a typical college basketball season. That's for sure. SN its not just us.

Just win...the rankings will take care of themselves. If we win out, we can still at least tie for the conference title. That's the most important thing at this point.
