Maybe not, shizzle -- JH4P is a math and numbers guy, and both three and six are definitely less than ten. So it could have been him.

Wait: three six TOGETHER are still less than ten. So you can give MT a bonus and double count, and he still can't keep up with his successor at this level in the land of low seeds. Thanks, Larry Brown! (And, yes, I've said many times that I appreciate Turgeon's contributions at WSU. So, thanks, Mark -- but still: thanks, Larry.)

The Shox are about to upgrade conferences.
      Hooray us!

The future looks bright, but I thought it might also be fun to recap the last 7 years. (Please feel free to add your own highlights)

      - 203-43 (83%) vs D1 Opponents
      - 1 NIT Championship
      - 6 NCAA Appearances
      - 5 Rounds of 32
      - 2 Sweet 16s
      - 1 Final Four
JH4P- Since you are a numbers guy, you'll appreciate it being pointed out that you missed an Elite 8.

If I recall, the Bears really helped us to offset such a deficit in such a short time frame by constant fouling, stopping the clock, we made the throws, etc. etc. etc. We should have won in regulation but the drama continued into overtime. Does this sound correct?

Beating KU in Omaha on my birthday--only a National Championship would be better! Oh, and the trip to the Final Four.

Yeah, I remember them practically not missing a shot in the first half.. We were down 19, and then the momentum carried us into overtime. Really nerve wracking game, any which way. Haha.

This is future Shoxilla, and I know this is a Stage 7xAAA protocol violation but I'm going to take a little risk here, cause you know it's only sports, and they probably aren't tracking this obscure thread.

Let's just say you might want to just go ahead and buy those Final Four tickets in San Antonio next year.

Be cool about it and not all at once, dammit!

You mean, like, you were behind him in line at the urinal? No, I haven't seen that.
