Daishon needs to get his ball handling to a point where he can use his speed and quickness?I
Darral, as stated earlier, needs to work on his right hand. He also needs to develop more vertical explosiveness.
Zach and Rashard just need to embrace their roles.
Conner needs to build on the confidence he demonstrated the second half of the season.
Shaq has the skill. Needs to bring it for 40 games.
Rauno, keep working on what you've been working on.
(Seniors often have outstanding seasons because the know it could be their last. Could we have 7 outstanding senior seasons?)

Markis needs strength and weight. That will address the bulk of his issues. That and more work on the ball handling.
Eric is all about the bbiq. Watch film and learn.

Landry can certainly get stronger. Work on finishing against heavy contact. Work on some close in floaters. Also, assists were okay, get to the point of adding some elite level passes.
Austin, strength and weight, strength and weight, strength and weight. Don't waste a year if you're not ready.
CJ, just keep working, don't get frustrated.

Landry - Study at the FVV and Malcome Armistead Institute of lane driving. Work on sustaining focus to avoid the silly turnovers we saw at times. Lift weights in front of a poster of Ron Baker.
Markis - Lift weights in front of a poster of Carl Hall. Every day is leg day. Work on ball handling and going somewhere with each dribble.
Conner - Study at the FVV and Malcome Armistead Institute of lane driving. Continue defensive improvement.
Shaq - Work on stamina and focus.
Rashard - Work on shooting FTs, 10' and in jumpers and 5'-6' floaters.
Zach - Keep woring on the 3 point shot. Work on driving and kicking out to the perimeter if the lane is closed off.
Austin - Get healthy. Once healthy work out in front of a Ron Baker poster.
Daishon - Study at the Tekele Cotton Institute of lane driving and monster dunks. Study video of Tekele on defense and strive to emulate. Lift weights in front of a poster of Tekele Cotton.
Darral - Wear oven mitt on left hand all summer. Learn what a pivot foot is. Strive to emulate Rauno's defensive positioning and footwork. Watch film of Garrett Stutz's post passing his last couple of years.
Rauno - Work on finishing through contact, have two guys hit you with blocking pads while shooting. Every day is leg day, Work on your hops. Mentor the kid.
CJ - Study at the Tekele Cotton Institute of lane driving and monster dunks. Study video of Tekele on defense and strive to emulate. Lift weights in front of a poster of Tekele Cotton.
Eric - Learn that its okay to pass the ball instead of shooting. Study the playbook and work on knowing where to be on the court at all times.
Brett - Work on quickness and general athleticism. Study the low post game with Shaq and Rauno.
Kaelen - Practice your shooting form with Conner. Just keep working.
Its a good landing if you can walk away, its a great landing if the plane can be reused the next day.

Sweet pic! That's one intimidating dude.

And for what it's worth, I don't really think/know if Hamilton needs anymore neurons. I'm just typing blindly stupid stuff.

I hate to say this but I think Eric's problem lies between his ears. That may not be fixable.

Need this guy in the game and not on the bench with foul trouble. He's too important to the team's success. I think his focus will improve as a Senior.

Shaq may not realize it yet, but he and Conner are about to share the same barber.

IMO we lost to UK because we do not have enough guys who can create their own shot. Landry and Shaq were about it. There was a stark difference when they left the court. I'd really like to see Brown, Frankcamp, and McDuffie work on driving to the rim.

Ugh, this is why we lost the game. First, if we get the obvious
goal tending call we lead with under a minute to go instead of
trailing. Changes the game dynamics tremendously in our
favor. Second, although I don't like calling out individual players,
we had about a three minute stretch at the 6-7 minute mark
where DS turned the ball over twice and DW failed to block out
                      or play any defense.

It's not wise for a sly fox to run into a Shaq-Wall. What about that 'evil eye play angry territorial look' there by Mr. Morris?

What's crazy is trying to project who will be most improved 1 year from now. I would guess DS or DW just based on the starting point.

We just finished HCGM'S highest scoring season, can we top that? Will player scoring averages stay about the same?
