hahaha i most definitely DO NOT think someone saying "get in the weightroom" to a player who is obviously a lottery pick is even remotely offensive. That is the weakest thing I've ever heard, given the context. That's like me yelling, "Hey Shaquille O'Neal, practice free throws!"

Dear lord you're joking me if someone is making fun of something that is a big part of hip hop culture yes it definitely can be perceived as racism if people decide to do so. I am not saying she's a racist. All I said was that it could easily be perceived as racism. And there's no way she Doesn't realize that. Yes the world is sensitive these days, which is even more reason she should realize what she says before she says it.

Let's say that large jewelry is a part of "hip hop culture." If one of your players were parading around with a large medallion around his neck, lots of non-racists are going to make fun of him for showing up to a basketball game that way.
