You know, any team that wins a game by 2,3, 4, even 5 points knows (or they should) that they were lucky to win. It only takes one or two plays in a game like that to change the outcome.
So I listened to Coach Cal after the game. He didn't say anything really bad, but he mostly talked about how his team is coached to do the little things (I guess he's tired of hearing how much WSU does those things) and he didn't give the Shockers much credit. He did offer the Shockers a sort of left-handed compliment, saying something like. "Wichita State is a good team...".
Then I listened to Roy Williams after NC knocked off Arkansas. He said a couple of time that they were very, very lucky to win the game, thereby giving credit to Arkansas and the way they played. I know a lot of folks in Kansas hate Roy, but in my opinion he showed a hell of a lot more class than Calapari just in that simple statement.
