Unfortunately for Brown, he's now gonna have 3 more years of pain to deal with.

Shocks still win big even when their shooting early on was frigid. We also had too many turnovers. We are now 28-4 and soon to be 30-4. Willis was solid off the bench and tomorrow we need to win the semi's which has bit us too often. When we rebound well and slow down on the turnovers, we will still have 2 solid games and wins left in our tank with our quality depth and stingy D-fence. Not caring who we play next. UNI has won 2 Tourneys here in a row but I'm not sure they will even win tonight.

I loved how Willis kept his cool. However, he is soooo strong, I can't imagine that some of that backtracking wasn't a premier acting job? Maybe he watched some film on UNI lately to see how that flopping works?

Brown said the defense wasn't as good as in Wichita and that they got all the looks they wanted, they just didn't make them.

Yes. They asked him about WSU defense in this game compared to other games. He said WSU defense was really good their first game, but wasn't anything special this game.
