"I not sure that I've ever been around a more competitive player or young man than Fred VanVleet. I like to win more than 99.9% of the people in this world, but he may top me." -- Gregg Marshall 12/23/13 :peaceful:

Remember when Nancy Pelosi said about Obamacare:
"We have to pass it, to find out what's in it".
A physician called into a radio show and said:
"That's the definition of a stool sample."

The Valley notes on its Arch Madness web site that over the past five seasons, MVC teams have the fourth best record (win %) of any conference with at least 20 games in NCAA play at 13-9 (.591), which ranks behind only the SEC, ACC, and Big 10+4 in that order. (Of course, that's mostly -- in a literal sense -- WSU, at 9-5 for .643 over that span which would rank third, ahead also of the Big 10+4; but still, at least the other Valley teams have played .500 ball in their appearances.)
Just behind the Valley comes the glorious Big East (43-30, .589), and several notches lower is the even more exalted Big 10-2 (aka The Flagship League) at 33-32, or just .508.
