Been a number of years since my last Shocker game in Springfield, but does Springfield Brewery still have great brews and good food?

I haven't been there for a while. There is a place called Big Whisky's that is pretty darn good. It's not far from JQH. They have opened one in Branson that is top notch.

            Best first post ever?

Especially because I'm not sure if this is real or a joke?

Bought tickets month ago...alas, my mother in law decides to have her 80th Birthday party this weekend because her long lost son can make it back. I was told I didn't need to go the party and I should find someone else to go the the game with me. For all of you single or newly married men.......IT"S A TRAP! Therefore my buddy, his wife and a couple of his buddies from the hills will be occupying those prime seats....Section C, Row 9, on the Shocker bench side.

I think this might be the place to go after the game. Ebbits Field is fairly small and was very crowded when we went two yeas ago.

I'll be in row 1, 15 feet from the 65" TV with plenty to imbibe.
