At least Illinois St in a tight one against Evansville.
Shox will be OK.
"He called me around noon and was thrilled," Brandt said. "He said he was going to be a Shocker forever." -- RIP Guy, you WILL indeed be a Shocker forever!
We don't have one player who has stepped up today.
nearly february and still no leader(s). i suppose shamet is the best candidate for team leader, but he's a freshman. mcduffie and brown have bad handles (that any good defensive team will expose rather easily). kelly can barely make a layup in the mvc, never mind against the big boys.. forget it.
rebuilding season for the shox. a bit much for marshall this year, what with so many fumbling hands on this team getting so many minutes.
Bradley came to play and I credit them for that. Even so, it's not like we are playing against the Louisville Defense. Our youth stuck out like a sore thumb in the first half. Unforced turnovers which totaled somewhere around 13 which is way too many. We were forcing and telegraphing passes and couldn't shoot it into the ocean. Yes, I still think we will win, but our continuity was nil and we need to take care of our business to avoid giving an expected win away.
Shocker basketball will forever be my favorite team in all of sports.
Shox will come out. Have only 2 turnovers in 2nd half and win by 19

They are turning it over a lot TODAY. But for the year this team handles it pretty well
Won't argue the point about leadership. Still lacking
