I felt they needed to win St Louis for a long time now.
I thought if we could run the valley or lose 1 (still possible I guess) we could get an at large. I just don't think we are tough enough. Too easily rattled.
I agree. I'm all for letting kids try and play through stuff, but they've shown time and time again this year they can't and it always gets worse before it gets better. Plus, what did we get for banking that 4th TO? There's literally no reason not to use that TO with under 3 minutes left in the half. Now it might not have made a difference, but there's no reason not to use a time out when your team hasn't scoredin like 5 minutes.
You can't think of any reasons not to call timeouts when your team goes 4 deeper than the other team? None?
This game is looking a lot like the OSU game. Defenders are out on the Shox and rushing at them. Then the Shox don't seem to know what to do and end up throwing the ball to someone just to get rid of it.
It lookls like the same absolute lack of any offensive flow that happened in the OSU gfame. Shox not responding well to quick defenders.
The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades. We like to cut down nets and get sized for championship rings.

He didn't call one when we were down 17 to Louisville earlier in the season. It's not just today. It's literally happened all season. Im just finally ranting about it.
Plus I highly doubt a 90 second rest to help stop a run and momentum is going to make much of a difference. But go ahead and keep sticking up for HCGM. This is a huge weakness in his coaching this season.
